So I purchased the downloadable desktop version of QB Premier only to find out from QB that they no longer support desktop payroll and if I wanted payroll services I’d need to buy their cloud-based program of Premier and then add payroll services.

Now looking for an inexpensive payroll software that is stand-alone. Very disappointed with Amazon and QB. Intuit continues to undermine the Desktop version to push end users to online.

It even corrupted a previous version I had on my computer so I was forced to wipe both programs so I could reload the older version. Quickbooks has for the last 6 years or so, customer service reps that barely speak English. I you need help this is downloav frustrating. I’ve always said to my record keeper that if there is a reasonable alternative we will go somewhere else.
